Media
Site Summary
This blog aims to promote food, travel and tourism within Ireland, Canada’s East Coast and any other place I find myself visiting. All recipes and photographs are my own and are owned solely by me, unless stated otherwise in the post. Travel with children, life as a Canadian expat/chef in Ireland and farming/cooking for farmers in rural Ireland are recurring themes on this website (whether I like it or not!).
I solely promote local Irish business and artisanal products on this blog.
I’ve made my living as a chef, freelance writer and social media manager over the past few years. If you would like to work with me, just send an email to cookingwithcraic@gmail.com.
Demographics
This site is popular among Canadians and Irish citizens alike (mostly aged 20 or older), with a generous sprinkling of international readers looking for information on life and travel in rural Ireland and Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia, Canada. Many readers are on the prowl for authentic, old fashioned recipes (like my Cape Breton Oatcakes) while others are attracted to my travel posts.
